Segments production is made in a gravimetric control automatic press which assures all segments homogeneity.
Sintering technology of diamond like segments is carried trough in a vacuum furnace to warrant product quality and control

STUDY – DESIGN – TECHNOLOGY


In our plants, there are two welding procedures, for humid cutting discs, a silver addition welding, for dry cutting discs a laser welding.
Diamond like segments cleaning and radiated, disc frontal and lateral rectified, control of welding resistance to impact as FEPA regulations; and discs flatness and tension control guarantee a high performance and quality outcome.
